About Mountain Pacific

For more than 50 years, Mountain Pacific has been a trustworthy partner, working alongside health care professionals, health-related organizations and agencies, patients and families to connect health care services and support diverse populations.
We provide expertise, collaboration, support, data analysis and more to health care providers, practitioners and a variety of other clinical and non-clinical partners. As a nonprofit, we work with federal, state, local and commercial organizations to:
Support health care quality improvement and value-based care performance reporting
Educate and empower patients to live healthier and be informed consumers of health care services
Facilitate improvements in population health, including the prevention or better management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and chronic kidney disease
Optimize the use of health information technology (HIT)
Connect Medicare and Medicaid members with access to essential medications, social services and health care services
Protect the privacy and security of health care providers and patients
Provide project management and leadership support
Prepare organizations for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) certification and readiness
Prevent infections via program enhancement and frontline training
Validate and analyze health-related data to support quality improvement reporting and drive data-informed initiatives

ACCREDITATIONS

URAC

Mountain Pacific is URAC accredited in health utilization management, demonstrating our commitment to quality and safety and providing expert confirmation of our “gold star” standards of operation. URAC’s health utilization management accreditation review evaluates an organization’s assessment processes, cost management practices, internal reporting and auditing and ability to uphold patient rights and provider fairness. Mountain Pacific  has maintained URAC accreditation since 2013.
