Mountain Pacific is excited to share we will be partnering with Comagine Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in advancing the American Indian/Alaska Native (AIAN) Quality Improvement Program.
This crucial initiative focuses on improving health care quality for Tribal peoples through integrating Indigenous values and practices with other evidence-based strategies. We will work with health care providers in Tribally managed facilities, Urban Indian Organizations, Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities and CMS-designated nursing homes nationwide.
Comagine Health is leading this important work alongside our Mountain Pacific team and team members from Stratis Health and Telligen, with support from Health Services Advisory Group, Quality Health Associates of North Dakota and the South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care.
